Overview
The Millionaire Mastermind Academy Real Estate Accelerator Program is a 12-week hybrid program (virtual classes, plus 2 in-person weekend intensives and shadowing) that equips and empowers minority women to combat poverty by providing the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to succeed in real estate and property management. Where we work, live, and play impacts our daily lives and health. This program is designed to give you sustainable real estate and property management success by providing:

American Landmark is providing several opportunities to become an apprentice with their real estate experts beginning in January 2023.
Enroll in a local real estate training class.
Upon completion of the program, enroll in a real estate license class, paid for by American Landmark.

Learn how to develop the right mindset, which will propel and keep you motivated as an entrepreneur; identify the vision you hold of your life moving forward, and describe how your core values fit into this vision and influence your business purpose.
Medium: Online
Dive into the Florida state exam concepts and vocabulary. Review what you’ll likely see on the state exam, go over sample questions, and have the opportunity to ask questions.

Explore various loan programs, how to qualify, and what documents are needed. Learn what to look for when searching for a property manager. Establish the key differences between 1-4 and 5+ homes.

Learn about various loan products, the basics of how to buy a home, and USDA rules.

Learn about what mortgage companies will need from you and receive advising about credit. Discover the value of numbers when it comes to return on investment (ROI).

Gain tips on the interviewing, hiring, coaching, and performance review processes. Define and explore emotional intelligence. Understand how to handle a difficult customer or employee. Learn how to work alongside and manage different personalities.

Learn the basics of how to choose which properties would make good choices to flip, how to budget and estimate costs for flipping, and what steps must be taken.
